Made from the original flooring from the legendary Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this guitar was built by hand by Roger Cowan of Dog Tired Guitars. This particular guitar will be the only one in the series that will be sold to the public. The guitar is not only an amazing piece of Tulsa music history, but a finely crafted instrument. The slats are joined tongue and groove as they were laid on the original floor. The star inlay with mother of pearl center pays homage to the neon centerpiece above Cain's floor and the original mill name can be found on the backside. The neck is also made from the Cain's floor and has a bird's eye maple fretboard. The pickups were hand-wound in California, and the guitar comes with a CNC lasered leather hangtag and a certificate of authenticity signed by Roger of Dog Tired Guitars and Hunter Rodgers of Cain's Ballroom. The guitar comes in a hardshell locking roadcase.
Tulsa Band has commissioned a sister guitar that will be raffled off with all proceeds going to benefit Tulsa Public Schools music programs. CLICK HERE to enter for your chance to win and support this awesome cause!
